Ingredients

  • 1 tsp CatchFree Omega liquid
  • 2 mangoes (or 2 cups frozen mango)
  • 3/4 cup dairy-free milk
  • 1 small banana 
  • 1/2 cup yogurt

Instructions
Add ingredients to blender and blend until creamy

PEAK OMEGA-3 LIQUID YOGURT BOWL

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Peak Omega-3 Liquid
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup assorted Fresh Fruits

Instructions

  • Spoon yogurt into bowl
  • Stir in 1 tsp of Peak Omega-3 liquid
  • Layer 1/2 cup of oats
  • Drizzle 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • Sprinkle 1/2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • Top with 1 cup of fresh fruit

HEARTY KALE & QUINOA SALAD

Ingredients

For the Salad:

  • 1-2 bunches of kale
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts

For the Dressing:

  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp Peak Omega-3 liquid
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Remove kale stems and chop leaves
  • Add quinoa to kale while still warm to wilt leaves slightly
  • Blend dressing ingredients together until smooth
  • Mix apples and cranberries with cooled quinoa-kale
  • Toss with dressing
  • Top with toasted pine nuts

OMEGA-3 YOGURT BARK

Ingredients

  • 2 cups yogurt of your choice 
  • 1-2 tsp Wiley’s Finest Omega-3 liquid
  • 1 tbsp of honey (optional) 

Instructions

  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Mix first two ingredients in bowl
  • Spread mixture on lined baking sheet
  • Sprinkle on toppings such as fruits, nuts, granola, mint
  • Freeze for 3 hours or until firm
  • Cut into pieces and serve
  • Keep leftovers in freezer
