"This one is better for women than for men according to an MD. He noted that women should take fish oil that is 2:1 EPA to DHA, and that guys should take 2:1 DHA to EPA. Wiley's Summit DHA is what guys should be taking, not Peak EPA. But neither have an exact 2:1, but Summit DHA is pretty close to 2:1, more than Peak EPA. I take Summit DHA. Peak EPA is better for women according to Todd Lee MD (he has a YouTube channel)."
